各位尊敬的黨員及黨友﹕

我黨即將全情投入區議會選舉工程，讓我們來先扮演一下建制派，想像我們的對手將會怎樣形容公民黨？他們會想選民怎樣看公民黨？他們會用什麼理由影響選民不投票給公民黨呢？

這些看似無聊的問題，其實是有助大家為未來幾星期的工作做好準備的。

如果對手話他們如何實幹，提供貼身服務，跟街坊緊密接觸，他們其實要表示我們的地區工作不夠好。

如果對手強調他們的從政的經驗和資格，他們其實要表示我們只是政壇初哥。

如果對手話他們關心飯碗工作，就變相話我們這班人都不理民生疾苦、不吃人間煙火。

我們不能任由他們影響選民，所以我們要準備好回應一切或明或暗的攻擊。

我黨有清晰的理念和原則，也有具體的政策綱領，跟市民的憂慮、希望都有所呼應。我們必須自信地告訴選民我們堅持什麼、反對什麼。

如果我們連自己的立場也搞不清，求其說說算了，就會變得像一些建制派般搖風擺柳。

黨及候選人的政綱和宣傳品是選舉工程的起點而已，行動當然是勝過萬語千言。如果你認為自己有一個議題，你就得想盡辦法不斷就議題發揮，不斷檢討，增強實力，別人才會開始認真看待。

我相信大家都很明白箇中道理，也知道應該做什麼，坐言起行吧！
