一周一行利大於弊 譚文豪

深圳居民來香港的一簽多行改為一周一行，立即惹來既得利益者的抗議，大聲夾惡指責此舉將令大量藥房結業，連帶幾千人失業，而且更會波及其他很多相關行業，後果不堪設想。但回想2009年沒有一簽多行的香港，也不見得有幾不堪！

自由行數量年年遞增，搶貴物價推高租金，令無數街坊小店因此執笠結業製造失業，亦令居民日常生活的選擇愈來愈狹窄。藥房趕走街坊民生的小店去做自由行及水貨客生意，那時候這些人為甚麼不跑出來控訴影響香港人生計民生？

少了水貨客令藥房結業，但經營者其實不做藥房可以轉開其他生意，沒有了大陸水貨客生意，自然要換成切合本土街坊所需的行業，不再是追求短期利潤而是老實經營。而且一樣需要招聘人手，那些大量失業的危言聳聽真的不知從何說起！

水貨客令香港的零售行業種類歸邊，市場愈來愈不健康，對市民生活造成諸多不便，現在只是將無限予取予攜的放任政策略作調整，修改為一年52次，在利益和民生兩者之間稍作平衡而已。即使真的有人因此短暫失業，相比起十數萬以至數十萬市民的生活影響，熟輕熟重根本不難衡量，說出這些恐嚇的人，是眼睛盲了還是良心黑了？
