上海街「無氣唞」 毛孟靜

曾在立法會的環境會議上，向陸恭蕙投訴，官方拍板要拆掉兩大座在油尖旺的政府停車場——一是油麻地多層停車場，一是中間道停事場——日後那一區的廢氣及噪音污染點算？這問題，陸霎時也答不上來，結論是會一起再與環保、交通、規劃等部門商討。

旺角空氣污染指數之高，經常是全港第一。俯瞰上海街的油麻地停車場大樓，因為地段下面要起中九幹線，好快會拆掉，房運局說，之後該不會在附近覓地重建。

比起尖沙咀，這停車場的四周有更多的民居，亦有廟街、玉器市場等旅遊熱點，今日已見自由行遊客人頭湧湧，一架又一架的龐然旅巴迫爆上海街；不日更要擔心大規模南下的「自駕遊」，大批左軚車壓境，那一區只會更塞到無氣唞。

我們曾連月擺街站、集簽名，到城規會申訴，仍不得要領。官方回覆說：不會出現車位短缺、不會對附近交通網絡造成負面影響。就是抗議無效！
