低沉中勿失勿忘 梁家傑

同一名主控官，在兩宗案件的表現差天共地，形成極大對比。

律政司反對黎智英保釋一案，律政司高級助理刑事檢控專員周天行在庭上表現勇猛，搜索枯腸，牽強如基本法第廿三條都搬出來，漁翁撒網式舖陳應該繼續扣押黎智英的理據。

7.21元朗白衣人襲擊案開審，被告是八名懷疑施襲者，主控官又是周天行，他的表現卻大相逕庭，毫不專業，呈堂證據馬虎，錯漏百出。法官大發雷霆，直斥其非。

時窮節乃現，律政司淪為政治打手之後，筆者認識的一些檢控官已經或將會離職，守住法律專業的個人尊嚴。劣幣驅逐良幣是預期之內，但律政司整體敗壞之急速，部分同業難看的折腰之相，令人驚訝。

法治的核心，是以法律限制公權力，藉此保障市民基本人權自由，律政司現在是不制約反而縱容濫用公權力的人。

權力使人腐化，絕對的權力使人絕對的腐化，當掌權者濫用公權力而又無任何後果，不可能不變成魔鬼，有權必用，用時必盡，無權就立法自製新權，變本加厲。

政治檢控異見者、修訂宣誓條例、「改革」選舉制度、DQ無孔不入、要三權分立變為清一色「愛國者」三權合作、洗腦教育、出入境自由不再是理所當然。要有心理準備，荒謬事情會陸續有來，消沉無補於事，需要互相守望，為受壓迫者說句公道話，保護第四權，艱難時期就各盡綿力回饋這個孕育我們的地方，不失良知，不忘初衷。
