保護誰的聽覺 楊岳橋

好消息是，劉曉波終於得以保外就醫；壞消息是，癌症都去到末期了才放出來。有人說我們應該從這件事看到中央當局的寬大而非其殘忍，看到這種論點我不禁想起莊子說的「請循其本」──我們要問的是：劉曉波為甚麼會下獄？

他有份草擬的《零八憲章》，理念不過是提出自由、人權的普世價值，實現民主、共和的政治架構，是要求體建以內的改革，就連半句「結束一黨專政」也沒喊過，遑論顛覆煽動顛覆國家政權了。

劉曉波的遭遇告訴我們，溫和理性地提出意見，即使是如《零八憲章》那般卑微的訴求，在某些地方也足以令你付出極為沉重的代價，而且復仇齒輪一旦啟動，你的親人、朋友，也會無一倖免被捲入漫長而痛苦的折磨。

相比之下，身在香港的我們，呼吸著尚算比較清新比較甜的空氣，可以幾乎毫無代價地表達意見，如果七一不走出來──當然前提是你心裡對政府有悶氣有不滿──也未免太見笑於劉氏伉儷吧！

同樣與七一有關的，是習近平即將訪港三日，聞說警方將出動過萬人、以反恐規格「迎戰」；今天起將會大範圍封路，而且習總所到訪之地都會成為保安區，習到場前半小時區內所有市民都要撤離──執筆時看到新聞，警方已經用成層樓咁高的水馬將會展團團圍住，大家這幾天要來往港島各區，記得預早出門了。

，還有，你說究竟是警方緊張過頭？抑或是，習總的耳膜實在太過脆弱了，要如此慎重地預防有雜音傷害到它們？
