四圍都話加電費
英國說電費會增25%，皆因風力發電開支較大。台灣亦話電費不加，不利節能。中電更嚷着說電費要在3年內提高4成，才可應付增用天然氣的成本。總之電費不加，就沒有清新空氣。
天然氣和再生能源的發電成本雖較高，但並不代表可隨意開天殺價。如果政府不是指定要向壟斷西氣東輸的中石油購買天然氣，如果兩電沒有豐厚的利潤，如果兩電不是壟斷了電網，或許會較合理，加幅不會太驚人。
浸會大學工商管理學院院長張仁良提出發行長期收益債券籌集資金，公營化電網。或如公共專業聯盟研究委員會召集人黎廣德所言，捨棄利潤管制協議模式，改用法例推動市場，促進競價上網和優惠可再生能源上網，這都是值得探討的出路。下屆政府能否締造可持續發展的電力市場，有待考驗。
