國泰民安指日可待 梁家傑

10.1遊行案十名被告明天判刑，日前他們在庭上認罪不認錯，元老級的長毛梁國雄、李卓人、何俊仁、楊森和單仲偕超過三十年爭取民主的初衷與承擔濃縮在真摯的陳情當中；陳皓桓因為不認命而公民抗命，25歲的他同屬民主運動「和理非」一員。他們追求的，是兌現《基本法》承諾的普選與遊行集會自由，現在不單只落空，還要賠上個人自由。

法庭對牽涉非法集結或未經批准集結案的判刑，從以往一般的罰款或社會服務令演變到動輒判監，甚至未審先囚。警方濫捕濫告、律政司申請加刑，將民主派置之死地而後快，貫徹嚴刑峻法的港區國安法精神，硬生生奪去香港人原本受到國際人權公約保障的和平遊行集會自由。

2017年上訴庭副庭長楊振權在重奪公民廣場案判詞發表「歪風」論，純粹政治立場表述，不是建基於席前證據的結論。「歪風」論雖然被終審法院裁定為並非判刑的恰當基礎，但楊官這篇判詞無形中對後來牽涉社會運動的案件掛上標籤，加上港區國安法生效，整個司法氛圍是寧枉無縱，趨向嚴懲。

言論與新聞自由亦不保，特區政府誓要殲滅壹傳媒之餘，粗暴對待香港電台，不由分說抽起政治不正確的節目，或送去律政司研究有否違法。港台節目講真話、揭真相的武功被廢，小罵大幫忙都不允許。

Everything under control，香港只搞經濟不搞政治，董生口中無遠見的人走清光，留島不留人，國泰民安，指日可待。
