填海 余若薇

政府嚷着沒有土地供應，建議在烏溪沙、薄扶林沙灣等廿多處維港以外水域填海，以增加土地儲備。當中更包括在南丫島以北、喜靈洲以西或長洲以南，興建人工島，意味會大規模地填海。

新界有很多荒廢用地可利用，但政府鍾情填海，避免得罪新界有勢力人士，毋須處理賠償安置，建築廢料又可倒進海中不必運送外地，工程界又可創造就業機會，一舉數得。

不過，填海會令海岸線永久改變，也影響海洋生態，是不可持續的發展模式。特區成立前，立法局通過保護海港條例。及後，立法會又修例將保護範圍擴至整個維多利亞港。可惜，維港以外的水域並不受保護。如果你不想天然海岸線變成新填海地，諮詢期還有數天就結束，請踴躍表態。相關網址：www.landsupply.hk
