香港人對接種疫苗尤其國產的科興疫苗反應冷淡，林鄭月娥愈催谷愈惹反感，她一直掛在嘴邊的誘因實際是威迫多過利誘，懲罰多過鼓勵。

她重複說，接種疫苗「最大誘因是保護自己」，被中國疾管中心主任高福摑了一巴，高主任4月10日在中國疫苗大會公開承認，現有國產疫苗保護效率不高。

香港累計16人去世前曾接種疫苗，其中14人接種科興疫苗，政府專家一概裁定死亡與疫苗無直接關係。這情形本身已經令一些未打針的市民猶疑，其中兩宗更是傳媒揭發後官方才承認，政府有隱瞞之嫌，進一步動搖市民的信心。

林鄭在記者會透露，香港與新加坡商討「旅遊氣泡」，要求港人接種疫苗方可入境新加坡，這條件是特區政府而非新加坡政府提出，目的是「鼓勵香港市民接種疫苗」。

倘若林鄭真的認為接種疫苗是保障公共衛生的關鍵，為何牽涉中港兩地人士出入境的「回港易」、「來港易」計劃不設疫苗要求？不科學，無邏輯。

不打針就不准外遊，不准探訪住在安老院的屋企人，不准在食肆打工，不准食肆有八人同枱，不准酒吧復業，林鄭迫香港人接種疫苗，已到了走火入魔的地步！莫非急着響應國家6月底達致四成人口接種疫苗的宏大目標，甚或協助國家推動疫苗外交，洗脫中國是播疫源頭的污名？

林鄭的「抗疫新路向」動機不純，市民不配合，只會拖香港經濟復甦的後腿。
