隨着佔中三子自首，個別泛民議員及學生領袖陸續收到警方通知要協助調查，甚至將會被拘捕，雨傘運動的大清算正式展開，連曾經在佔領區被登記身份證的市民，竟然也無法入境澳門，這個登記名單除了香港政府外，還有誰可以傳給澳門政府呢？

我自己選擇了公民抗命，當然有被檢控的心理準備，正所謂「出得嚟行，預咗要還」。但許多當日被登記身份證的人，可能是巧合路經佔領區，又或者一早跟警察合作同意離開現場，竟然也被秋後算帳。

這邊廂曾偉雄說會於三個月內盡快完成有關佔領運動的所有調查，並將運動的主導者緝捕歸案，那邊廂社福界選委曾健超約三個月前，被七個警察拖到暗角拳打腳踢，多個傳媒記者都拍下過程了，請問警方打算何年何月才起訴該七名警員？

今天由特首到高官到警察，口誅筆伐不斷說佔領破壞法治，其實是刻意混淆法治與守法之間的差別，從來法律是政府用來管治人民的工具；而一個地方是否實踐法治，則取決於公民有否合適及足夠的渠道去監察政府施政，兩者絕不一樣。

當警察選擇性執法，又或者律政司派出副刑事檢控專員處理唐英年的僭建個案，反而更受市民關注的特首梁振英僭建卻免被檢控，這些雙重標準才是法治遭受破壞之警號。
