學生罷課，老師義教 余若薇

罷課周，學生為自身與香港未來而抗爭，亦令家長老師思考教育的責任。

有位女士致電烽煙節目抱不平，說她的姨甥班裡部分同學決心罷課，部分同學不想，老師處理方法是如果全班罷課，便安排補課；但只要有一個學生不罷課，老師會如常授課，不設補課。結果，原本不想罷課的學生感到壓力，為免破壞同學友誼，不情願地加入罷課。

如果女士舉報內容屬實，這老師並沒有考慮不同學生的情況或需要，各人有自由意志贊成或反對罷課，老師不想補課，只須直接告誡學生罷課要付出的代價，損失學習機會或分數，亦可建議同學在學習方面互相幫忙，毋須迫使一方屈從，要全班同學承擔部分學生行為的後果。就像南京一間小學，一學生欠交功課，全班罰抄書，校長說是「培養集體意識」。

可幸今次罷課運動，亦有不少老師願意多走一步，照顧各學生需要。首日罷課，13,000大專生在中文大學百萬大道集會，是本地歷來最大規模的罷課行動。前教育統籌局局長李國章說「Who cares？」，罷課不能改變現實。難道做人做事只是「利」字當頭，只考慮功效？中大教育行政與政策學系專業顧問鄭漢文說得好﹕「罷課，不知改不改變到現實，但至少，不要被現實改變你，學生要有自主性。」自薦在課堂外義教的大專講師已超過100人，這幾天(23-26/9)在添馬公園及附近開放教室，師生一起思考香港未來，上課時間表列於http://goo.gl/vveQMq，亦歡迎市民參加。
