慢走徑地圖

慢走徑地圖 吳靄儀

以前立法會暑期休會期間，我往往選擇到英國找個風景宜人的鄉間小鎮小往，找同伴一起遠足。那時蒐羅了很多關於英倫各地的步行路徑地圖，對着發白日夢。其實八月太炎熱，若得五月初夏，樹木青葱，那才是最大享受。

最近看到BBC網頁一篇報道，介紹一個叫「SlowWaysmap」——慢走徑地圖——的計劃，要將整個英倫無數公眾可用的步行路徑連結起來，製成地圖，讓任何人要從任何一個城鎮步行到任何一個城鎮都有步行路徑可走。這個構思已令人神往，但原來推行計劃的編製過程更有趣味。計劃的發起人叫Raven-Ellison，他想出這個大計，2020年1月時召集了70位義工，分別親身試走在地圖上找得到的步行徑，查察是否安全好走，不多時已查驗了1000條可行的路徑 。到了4月又一次招募義工，以為疫情封鎖會告吹，不料不然，反而引起廣泛興趣，更多人踴躍參加，義工人數由 70增至700，第三次招募，要人從網上有的資料編製，預備疫情紓緩解禁，8萬義工便馬上分頭出動實地查驗。於是人們的腦海，就浮現出一幅美麗的圖畫，整個英倫青綠土地，讓一張供人慢走慢慢享受的路徑網絡連結起來。

最令我欣賞的是那種普通人各按自己能力、按自己方便出力，集體完成一個神奇的工程，供所有人享用。香港不是也有很多有心人組織許多大大小小群體，不停探索我們的慢走徑嗎？有沒有人振臂一呼，提出同樣美好的全港九新界慢走徑地圖，將這些路徑連結起來，將來家家戶戶都可以指着這個地圖，自豪地說：我有份做的！
