我是查理與蘋果 陳淑莊

前天因參與雨傘運動而被捕，身為執業大律師，我自然明白疑犯的義務與權利，我作供時拿出紙筆記錄，竟然被警察阻止和喝罵，說怕我用筆傷害自己或其他人。最諷刺的是，影像會面室的牆上貼了一張海報，列出被調查或被羈留人士的權利，寫明如有需要可要求警察提供書寫工具。

不知怎的，施暴者及當權者愈來愈害怕筆。恐怖分子闖入法國《查理周刊》總部大開殺戒，雜誌社內連警察一共死了12人。
工聯會潘佩璆說傷亡是《查理周刊》自招，因為它故意激怒恐怖分子。一問潘生，雜誌也曾以梵蒂岡、法國政府、法國警隊等作為諷刺對象，有誰會跑到人家的辦公室亂槍掃射？再問潘生，半年前造成31人死亡的新疆汽車爆炸案，也是中國政府壓迫少數民族自招的嗎？
還有13號凌晨時分，黎智英的寓所和壹傳媒大樓被投擲燃燒彈，事後梁振英沒有回應記者就事件的提問，部分建制派議員更未卜先知，公開講暴力事件跟言論自由無關，例如新民黨葉劉淑議發表偉論，說那只是私人恩怨，不用上綱上綫。幾個月前葉劉將佔領區的樽裝礦泉水帳篷上綱上綫到勾結外國勢力，今天說兩個燃燒彈之嘛，怎能影響到新聞自由。
我同情某些人要讓屁股指揮腦袋，但總不能泯滅人性，面對暴力和殺戮，竟然還有人喪盡天良落井下石。
我是查理，也是蘋果。
