打好這場仗
在中大「思托邦」講座，區家麟給我的題目是「什麼是法」。當晚的討論熱烈，是我最大的回報。很多人提出面對時局的無力感，問我如何克服，我當時答道，我一生之中，經歷過無數強弱懸殊的抗爭，總是勝數渺茫、敗數注定，但不論成敗反抗強權，人性尊嚴必須如此。回想起來，這個看法未免太沉重了。現實世界中，強權永遠存在，永遠蠢蠢欲動，愈好欺負的人，就愈被欺負，愈被欺負，無力感自然就愈大。其實製造無力感，正是強權施壓的基本目標。所以，感到無力是接受強權的開始，無力感沉重到某個地步，我們就意志崩潰，全面屈服，強權得逞。
那應怎麼辦呢？我覺得無力感不必克服，而需直情漠視其存在，反而將精神和力量，集中培養鬥志。與生俱來的鬥志，愈遭欺負就鬥志愈強，愈堅決狠心打擊，不計成敗。「鬥志」聽上去仍是太沉重，不如英文的「fighting spirit」，由輕鬆比賽到生死搏鬥都一視同仁，同一種精神，甚至同樣舉重若輕，那就更好。對狠於還擊的人，強權不敢輕易出手。我以前競選立法會法律界功能組別議席，我的團隊最互相激勵「fighting spirit」，選戰過後，回味的是「we have fought the good fight」。能fight the good fight，就不枉此生。上星期六造勢大會，區諾軒呼籲大家「打好這場仗」，意思接近，意境還差一點。來日還有很多仗要打，培養好團隊精神，就愈戰愈顯鬥志！
