政府總部勁嘥電 余若薇

2006年，曾蔭權建議將特首辦和政府總部搬到添馬艦，我以環保理由提出反對，當時政府保證新總部會很環保。平頂禮時，更宣稱它會是「新一代政府環保建築的典範」。去年10月到12月間，各政府部門逐一遷進新大樓。上周三我提出質詢，發現新總部電費開支，幾近搬遷前的5倍。即使按每平方米用電量計算，也超過了2倍。當中空調佔了用電量的48%，照明佔12%。

新總部在照明上是省了電，但沒有針對耗電最大的冷氣做功夫。其實新總部位處海濱，設計時大可引入海風調節室溫，不用中央冷氣系統24小時處理。

環保建築典範變成新一代政府的浪費。曾蔭權政府滿口環保內裏貪婪，無論是一幢新政府總部，還是環保政策，只顧華而不實，不願腳踏實地節能省電，造福環境。
