政．戲．伊人 – 又到選舉
又到選舉？！對，但這趟不是區議會，也不是立法會，更非選特首，而是藝術發展局改選。也許你會奇怪：「原來藝發局都有推選？」的而且確，藝發局24位成 員，有10位來自直選，是具有民選成分的法定機構。但為何我們一直對這場選舉「零認知」呢？原因是政府冷待，去屆就因選舉欠缺宣傳，被審計署點名批評。
今年多得3位「八十後文藝青年」， 選舉氣氛較以往「熾熱」。他們親身參與這場選舉，凸顯藝發局推選的荒謬。近來事忙，雖然不少報章都有報道3位「八十後」青年參選的新聞，但我就一直沒有主 動向藝發局查詢選民資格。演過幾齣舞台劇，勉強算是半個文化人，印象中應該沒有投過票。直至投票前數天，藝發局致電予我的立法會辦事處，才得知自己有權投 票。
藝發局工作備受非議，例如早前街頭藝人被捕，藝發局完全不見影，令人失望。藝發局作為推廣和審批本地藝術發展的公營機構，每年掌握近一億的公帑，任 重而道遠，推選委員絕不能馬虎了事。如果讀者不肯定自己有沒有權投票，不妨致電22323932予藝發局查詢。本月17至19日就是投票日，有別於一般選 舉，投票時間是上午9時至下午9時，有權投票的記得要投票!
