政．戲．伊人 – 新春「蛋」、「花」情 陳淑莊

我貪吃，已不是甚麼秘密，但農曆新年最讓我記掛的，卻不是年糕、油角這些傳統賀年食品，而是一隻隻滿布裂紋、深棕褐色的「茶葉蛋」。 入口濃淡適宜，蛋黃鬆化，並在齒頰留下陣陣茶香；光想胃液和唾液已開始不受控制。

這是婆婆過年時的待客絕技，她會選用最好的茶末、新鮮的大雞蛋，加入花椒、八角和肥豬肉，徹夜不眠睇火，以無限愛心和耐性炮製逾百隻 茶葉蛋，讓拜年的親友滿「腹」而歸。可惜自從婆婆離開之後，媽媽未能盡得真傳，近年的賀年茶葉蛋尚有很大的進步空間，像契舅父連啖五個這種壯觀場面，亦已不復見。記憶中，婆婆的愛心茶葉蛋永遠都是最好味的。過年前，我要到維園年宵花市為公民黨看檔，亦勾起從前陪公公逛花市的點滴。那天我乘電車緩緩朝維園進發，當燈火通明的花市映入眼 簾，彷彿看到二十多年前的自己，幫公公托一大枝桃花，(懶)輕鬆地步行返回北角家中。記憶中，公公的面容永遠都是那麼和藹可親的。
