政．戲．伊人 – 沉痛哀悼 嚴肅追究 陳淑莊

愉快旅程將近尾聲，瞬間竟成陰陽永訣，那種悲痛縱用千言萬語亦難以言喻。除了悲痛和憤怒，我不知道還可以用甚麼來形容我的感覺。我只能藉此機會，向香港遊客被挾持槍殺事件中的遇難者和他們的親屬說一句：雖然我們素未謀面，但盼望陪伴你們走過前面的日子。

我的憤怒，並不是來自事件的結局，卻是菲律賓當局採取行動時，那一幕幕令人無名火起的醜態。那些所謂的特種部隊，裝備簡陋不在話下，那種散漫的行動態度、雜亂無章的指揮、笨手笨腳的動作，簡宜令人咋舌。即使特區政府和國家外交部三令五申，要把遊客的安危放首位，到頭來呢？

只有菲國政府進行獨立透明，詳盡全面的調查，並悉數公開調查結果，才能還所有的遇難者一個公道。我呼籲特區政府以至國家外交部，向菲律賓政府提出嚴正交涉，並嚴肅追究責任，要求在事件中犯錯的政府人員，承擔應有的法律和政治責任。我們絕不容許事情和稀泥處理，弄得不明不白。

最後，希望特區政府汲取經驗，加強教育市民在外地遇上緊急情況時如何應變。同時，政府也該考慮多作應變類似的突發事件演習，確保執法人員有能力保障市民的安全。
