政．戲．伊人 – 特首何時才能由兒皇帝 過渡到真領袖？
中國歷史常見，如遇賢君治國，國富民強，史稱「XX之治」；若遇暴君，民不聊生，便成「XX之禍」。回歸初期，董建華擔任特首8年，網民謔稱「建華之亂」，今日特首曾蔭權的任期即將屆滿，明年又要等1200名選委代市民選出「賢能之士」。這種由少數人授權，追隨者無奈跟隨的領袖，能否帶領香港人走出民怨呢？
早前出席「2011領袖論壇」，主講嘉賓哈佛迪恩威廉姆斯教授以「何謂『真正的領袖』？」作講題，他指出，發揮領導能力是一個過程，它並不是把自己的一套強加於跟隨者的頭上，而是帶領身邊的人面對現實的問題，並且努力地尋求答案和出路。
同一活動上，曾蔭權提出領袖必須具備的十大條件，包括誠信、熱誠、愛國愛港、謙卑態度、自省能力、願景、勤勉用心、反應靈敏、團隊精神及重視溝通，並強調領袖必須有紀律並堅定地實行，才能實現願景，兌現承諾，「凡事都要講得出，做得到」，「否則最終必會損害自己的公信力」。
