政．戲．伊人 – 蕉徑鄉情
上星期六，我跟一眾助理們去了上水蕉徑村，參加其村公所開幕典禮。甫踏入村口已看見到處張燈結彩，旗海飄揚。精采的舞龍舞獅，鑼鼓震天，好像要將蕉徑村的大喜事公告天下一樣，再加上村民熱情的招待，美味至極的圍村盆菜，讓我這等城市人充分感受到當中的鄉情。
談起我跟蕉徑村村民認識之源，是因為有財團想在該村興建多幢丁屋作靈灰安置所。原來寧靜太平的小村莊，惹來外來財團虎視眈眈，想興建骨灰龕場以圖利，村民找我幫忙，我在立會多次敦促政府要加強對私營骨灰龕場所的監管，多聆聽市民村民的聲音，保障消費者的權益。最後，財團停止了興建工程，我在立會只盡了一點綿力，最重要的還是村民的團結力量。
現代城市中，我們下班回家後就關上大門，活動空間只在幾百呎的家中，與鄰居的接觸很少，可能在同一幢大廈住上十數年也不知誰人住在隔壁左右，以前「遠親不如近鄰」的現象現在見不了；反觀蕉徑村上上下下，左左右右，村頭跟村尾都很熟絡，大家遇到關乎村莊被外來人入侵發展的問題，便團結一致，齊心合力，致力維護彼此的家園，最終，他們成功了。我被村民的團結感動，也被蕉徑的鄉情感動。
