政．戲．伊人 – 起錨？起茅！ 陳淑莊

作為一個民選議員，落區聽市民聲音是最基本的事情；支持的，我會感謝；反對的，我會試說服；有疑慮的，我會盡力解答。五區公投運動期間，由2月1日至5月16日，我開了231個街站接觸市民，當中莫說是反對的聲音，甚至是被掟水彈及吐痰都試過。

反之，特首及一班政府官員落區宣傳政改方案，全程被十多個保安包圍，遇到反對或有疑問的市民，回應竟是「多謝你咁大聲」。這些都是少落區，又要扮親民的表現。究竟特首落街是聽市民聲音，還是演一場政治騷？

曾蔭權邀請余若薇就政改進行辯論，卻不設現場觀眾，更表明可能不會讓文字記者現場採訪，更狡辯說市民可以看電視，「七百萬人可以一齊參與」，這真令人啼笑皆非，難道我在電視新聞中看到六四遊行，便代表我有參與遊行嗎？那每年六四遊行的人數必定是數百萬人，不，連同外國看電視的人，可能有過億人參與。曾蔭權06年曾以「以民為本」為其施政報告的題目，可惜，以上種種都說明我們的特首只會逃避民意，將市民拒諸門外。或者，曾特首應認真想想自己是「以民為本」還是「與民為敵」，到底是「起錨」或是「起茅」？
