政．戲．伊人 – 香港還容得下多少污染物？ 陳淑莊

66歲的東涌居民朱綺華女士，成功申請司法覆核挑戰政府巨人，獲法院撤銷環境保護署署長的兩項決定，即接納港珠澳大橋香港段兩項工程的「環境影響評估報告」和發出「環境許可證」。有關工程只能等待環保署上訴勝訴，或路政署重新提交符合法律要求的環評報告，才可望施工。

看到媒體的一些討論，眼工程延誤，令造價提升近100億元，影響經濟，阻礙中港融合；在在都是「錢」的問題！而描述朱女士的背景，很多都提到她住公屋、領綜援、申請法律援助打官司；可能我想得太多，但潛台詞就像說：「你食、住、用都係公帑，仲阻住地球轉！」但除了向「錢」看，大家又可否看看身處的香港，究竟還容得下多少污染物？是否值得為了賺錢而任由空氣質素變差？法官在判詞中指出，有些環境資源一旦損毀，便可能永遠失去，難以補救，故不可逆轉的影響是環境影響評估重要的一環。

從日本311事件，我們看到核污染的可怕，而我們呼吸的空氣亦有很多污染物，如二氧化氮、二氧化硫、臭氧和懸浮粒子，這些物質都會對健康構成影響。請別把香港當成一個可以不斷讓污染物傾倒進來的水桶，到承受不了時，大家便後悔莫及！
