政．戲．伊人 – 黃絲帶 陳淑莊

剛過去的周日，跑馬地養和醫院門外有數以百計的黃絲帶飄揚，表達了居民對醫院擴建高樓的不滿！絲帶上的簽名代表居民祈求安居的小小心願；或許是一個小小的疑問：規劃上能否做到方便醫院「日後」需求大增時的經營，但又不會對居民造成不便或影響呢？包括不會引致交通擠塞、空氣和噪音污染等問題。

黃絲帶在不同地方有不同的寓意，我們最常聽聞的應是美國70年代老歌，講述妻子將黃絲帶繫於家門前的老橡樹，迎接出獄回家的丈夫。有些地方它代表了人民對軍人的支持，或祈求親人平安歸來。

澳洲的用法可說是與香港最相近了；90年代澳洲市民發起Save Albert Park行動，在公園的樹上綁上黃絲帶，抗議在Albert Park進行賽車。

香港很多抗議或悼念活動都會用上黃絲帶，但在政府總部和中聯辦門外的黃絲帶，綁上不久便會被清理掉，好像從來沒存在過似的；唯獨是永利街的黃絲帶有機會經歷風雨洗禮！

城規會明天開會，討論養和醫院的擴建申請。城規會啊！別忘記你的存在是為了「促進社區的……福利，並且為市民締造一個……更稱心的居住和工作環境」。希望這數以百計的黃絲帶，提醒你曾作出過這樣的承諾！
