跟進The Icon事件一段時間了，到現在也聽到很多市民跟我說，萬料不到會在香港這看似繁榮先進的地方，發生這種事情。回想起來，一大堆荒謬及笑話充斥其中，想在此與讀者分享部分Icon奇聞：花了約一千萬買西半山樓宇，業主收樓時甫開門，目瞪口呆，以為自己去了「堆填區」，地板未有，牆身是灰色的凹凸不平的石屎牆，到處都有喉管外露，更多了一個小房間。周圍放滿木板，裝修用具，更堆放十多個洗手盤，業主大罵，於是工人將十多個洗手盤搬去隔壁單位，即是將問題搬去另一單位，業主可能買的是一個迷你倉而非住宅單位吧！

 

透明泳池只是說笑

地產經紀的銷售手法亦層出不窮。有多位業主聲稱其地產經紀在推銷The Icon時表示，該幢大廈的泳池底部是透明的，在下面可向上看到透明泳池，業主認為很特別才決定購買單位，誰知道最後看到的泳池底部，跟發展商售賣樓宇資料披露一樣不透明，買家心感被騙，再向經紀查詢，經紀卻說當初的「透明論」是說笑而已。說笑？幾個經紀各自向不同買家在不同場合說同一個笑話？

前幾天，再有傳媒報道The Icon外牆有三至四成面積，可能有剝落危機，唯望發展商可盡快驗查樓宇的結構及質素，若發現有問題應立即改善。我促請政府盡快就一手樓的銷售監管機制進行立法，以保障置業者，以免這些不公的奇聞奇事再次發生。
