有點綴才完美 梁家傑

「完善」選舉制度，引起民主派應否參選的議論。

民主派陣營遭拉人封艇的陰霾下，可能有人仍然雄心壯志決意參選，但須面對重重關卡和風險。向選委會委員爭取提名的過程，隨時被查三世家宅，追究被指危害國家安全的陳年言論。可以想像，就算有民主派人士獲開綠燈准入閘，並當選，極其量鳳毛麟角。以為可以在立法會認真議政，據理力爭，為民請命，但頭上長期懸着多把刀，隨時因莫須有罪名而喪失議席，甚至被起訴，未審先囚。

林鄭月娥說「完善」選舉制度後，立法會不會變成「清一色」。這句話欠誠意，蒼白無力，事實是當權者操弄每個環節，愛國人士分餅仔，但同時希望有民主派參選，往新選舉制度臉上貼金，塑造有競爭、選民有得揀的假象，九十名議員之中有三兩名民主派，不礙事，點綴一下才完美。民主派從未如此吃香，獲當權者與愛國陣營鼓勵參選，甚至透過傳聲筒放話，指綠燈將會為某些民主派人士而亮起。

民主派在以往的立法會選舉中，粗略而言有一半選民支持，現在司法打壓加上「完善」選舉制度，幾乎趕盡殺絕民主派，踐踏一半選民的意願。

現屆區議會民主派佔多數議席，是選民的投票結果，政府亦無打算尊重這個民意，將利用宣誓手段「完善」區議會，民主派區議員各自評估風險與志向，在宣誓與不宣誓的人生交叉點作出艱難抉擇，相信選民明白他們的考量。
