木偶奇遇記
上周，環保組織地球之友統計全球566個城市空氣中的PM2.5微粒數量，結果香港排名排尾八，比菲律賓的馬尼拉更差。香港現時只量度PM 10的濃度，但世衞、環團和學者都已指出，直徑只有PM 2.5的微粒，可以直接吸進肺部，對健康有更大的殺傷力，應盡早規管。
今年5月，特首在立法會答問大會上回答我有關更新空氣質素指標的質問時，公開承諾「在今年內會作出公布」，轉眼間已到12月。地球之友為特首曾蔭權加長鼻子，揶揄他兩年前承諾更新空氣質素指標，卻一而再再而三未能履行，與童話故事裏說謊的小木偶無異。現實世界裏，說謊的曾特首，鼻子不會像童話故事的小木偶般自動變長，毋須受到任何懲罰，只有平民百姓一再承受他空口講白話的苦果。
