比「蛇齋餅粽」有意思
都買過吃過燒鵝燒味飯盒吧，往往隨附滿滿一盒的飯，吃不下，就丟了浪費了。早在政府推行惜食運動前好幾年，民間「綠領行動」已巡迴地區食肆，倡議「一蚊少飯」—— 顧客講明少飯，店舖就少收一塊錢。
今日，香港的廚餘堆填量仍然驚人，當中包括街市賣剩的蔬果 …… 儘管我與「綠領」的何漢威老早認識及合作，我新近的李鄭屋邨辦事處，赫然與「綠領」毗鄰，於是我們再走在一起，在保安道街市一帶收集商販沒賣出的茄瓜芹菜薯仔，亦包括麵包店休店前餘下不會留過夜的麵包，運回屋邨檢驗分類， 即晚轉送給區內的基層長者及低收入家庭。
收回的食物，好些只是賣相不佳：會有給略略壓扁的菠蘿包，及看來已黃了的菜，但只要摘一摘外圍一圈的葉就好。話說源頭減廢，由身邊做起，由地區做起。我們做這個，肯定比搞蛇齋餅粽有意思。
