汕頭街小店
年初二，跟鞍華在灣仔遊蕩，我說要找一條叫汕頭街的小街，因為聞說那裏有一間細小的法國乳酪店，乳酪又新鮮品種又多。汕頭街很容易便找到，但剛過中午，先要解決午餐。
小街中段有家小得不能再小的咖啡店，鞍喜歡它的模樣，我窺見店內幾名年輕人認真作業，覺得有義務支持小店。誰知得了個意外驚喜。我先來一杯黑咖啡，香濃幼滑，印象甚佳，然後兩人都點了最經典的烚蛋荷蘭汁，竟令我大為傾倒。這式食品其實十分簡單，秘訣是每部分都要做得完美：烚蛋的生熟暖滑、托着蛋的小麵包要軟脆適中、菠菜要翠綠鮮嫩，然後那點題的荷蘭汁除了牛油香蛋黃香之外，最重要是入口感覺要輕盈，這不起眼的小店完全做到了，還畫龍點睛，在檸檬黃的醬汁上放了一朵吹彈得破、姹紫嬌黃的小小三色堇。這種入饌鮮花成本不輕，一道早點這樣着重優雅，其認真可知。年輕人告訴我們，該店已經營了幾年，但新近搬到現址。
其實有一家這樣的小店能增加整條小街吸引人流連。乳酪店小得轉身也有困難，但的確名不虛傳，除了乳酪，新鮮牛油更值得幫襯！對面是法國肉店，除了上好牛肉，風乾香腸也是美味小食。隔壁有萄葡酒舖，再隔壁是花店，令汕頭街充滿了悠閒生活文化的氣息，有此一街，灣仔人多幸福！
