法政隨筆 – 小世界清涼地
普天同慶，聖誕佳音，聖詩傳頌喜悅與和平的訊息，但傳媒報道的消息，卻充滿仇恨的文化、抹黑的文化、報復與破壞的快感的文化、謊言的文化、虛偽的文化、追名逐利的文化、粗糙的文化、愚眛自大的文化。在這樣的空間裏，真誠與高貴的靈魂會感到無限的孤寂和難以生存。
這時候，我會想起一齣美麗的舊電影——一九八二年英瑪褒曼導演的《芬妮與亞歷山大》。電影的序幕，就是描述瑞典一個藝術世家一起在家裏歡度聖誕。大屋裏的家具打磨得光滑，到處是璀璨的聖誕裝飾，小男孩亞歷山大，趁大人們仍在樓上裝扮，自己靜悄悄地溜進大廳裏，細細地看每一個玩偶、玩具，自鳴鐘嚴肅地敲響，他的世界充滿奇妙的魔術，充滿溫暖、慈愛和幸福。
在電影裏，這最溫馨和幸福的時刻，原來已是幸福日子結束前的最後光輝，不久，這個家庭就因經營劇場的父親病逝而解散了，美麗溫柔的母親帶芬妮和亞歷山大改嫁了道貌岸然的主教，亞歷山大從此被困在一個冷酷的世界裏。但是，世界並不是全為冷酷的威權所支配，原來善良的魔法是存在的，最後為亞歷山大打破了樊籠，讓他們逃回祖母溫暖的懷抱之中。
我十分喜歡這齣電影，更喜歡電影中那位愛為孩子編故事、搞滑稽遊戲的父親，他的人生哲學不是很偉大，但是充滿人性和善良，他說， 「外邊是大世界，劇場是小世界。小世界是反映大世界的一瞬，讓人看得更明白，或是說，小世界能給人空檔，讓人忘了難熬的大世界。」十多年前，我把劇本裏的一段話記錄下來印在我的信箋上：「The world is a den of thieves, and night is falling. Soon it will be the hour for robbers and murderers…… Therefore let us be happy while we are happy, let us be kind, generous, affectionate and good. Therefore it is necessary……to take pleasures in the little world: good food, gentle smiles, fruit trees, and waltges.」在黑夜未來臨之前，讓我們盡情享受友愛、溫情，可口的食物，純真的笑容，悅耳的音樂。聖誕快樂！
