法政隨筆 – 死無葬身之地 湯家驊

上星期立法會開鑼，我第一條質詢係問政府點樣處理而家香港人過身後無處安身嘅問題。事關而家嘅墓地有錢都買唔到，買到都唔可以過世，而骨灰位就算搵到都要十萬八萬，真係唔講得笑。政府數字估計我哋未來十年，每年有近五萬人唔喺度，其中超過百分之八十五係火化嘅；即係話，十年後需要四十幾萬個骨灰位，但而家最多只可以有十萬個新增骨灰位，點算？我問政府咁又有乜嘢對策？你估周一嶽點答？佢話最好不如將啲骨灰倒落海囉！唉！香港人大多數都係重孝道嘅，你話聽落係咪火都嚟埋！如果政府真係以民為本嘅話，要撥啲新界地嚟做公衆骨灰安置所有幾難？偏要講啲風涼話！

其實一切都係錢作怪。香港行高地價政策已經行咗幾十年；以為回歸後可以港人當家作主，點知班地產商食住上，由商人治港到公務員治港都係聽晒班地產商話事；皆因淨係佢哋至可以選特首，而立法會班功能組別議員又係聽晒商界話，有乜風吹草動就否決佢，你話香港人仲邊有碇企？所以我哋嘅特首就可以口爽爽咁話： 「無錢買樓呀？咪搬遠啲囉！」意思係話，如果無錢，最好有咁遠走咁遠，話之你係有殼定無殼蝸牛，少兩個當一雙！

而家骨灰單嘢，咪又係一樣？ 「無錢買骨灰位呀？ 咪死遠啲囉！ 再唔係就倒落海囉！」話之你死無葬身之地，地係畀發展商發財用嘅，唔係要嚟畀香港人亂用嘅，有板間房你住已經偷笑啦，仲講要乜要物？

之所以話香港乜嘢經濟四大支柱都係假嘅，政府最大支柱係地產商。只要有錢，立法會都可以被你鬥臭、鬥垮！要普選？問吓佢哋先！阿爺都要怕佢哋三分，要香港人話事，無咗佢哋，成何體統？唉！你話香港人死無葬身之地？濕濕碎啦！
