環保政助

環保政助 余若薇

立法會財委會審批電動巴士試驗計劃撥款，環保署王倩儀和莫偉全先後致電查詢投票意向。不禁嘀咕，為何游說和箍票，不是由政治助理擔當，仍要公務員代勞。

今屆任期4年，本人先後為環境事務委員會主席及副主席，政治助理工作應與政黨聯繫，但5年來，只跟環境局政助蔡少棉在邱騰華局長的飯局上見過一面。席間，她只坐聽局長發言。

邱騰華或潘潔找議員商談探路，多帶首席助理秘書長蔡敏儀，甚至到中大出席論壇和代政府接地球之友請願信的，也是這位政務官出來應對政治風浪，不是政助。

政助無影無蹤，其他局也如是，說明不是個人而是問責制出了問題。新政府不解問題癥結，反要求再撥款讓局長聘請多幾名政助，走錯方向，只會將制度愈改愈壞。
