少年你可能太年輕了，未必知道回歸前的立法局主席，是由港督兼任的；直至彭定康在1993年改革議會，立法局主席才改由議員互選產生。

隨著這個改革，肥彭也就開設了「立法局答問會」，定時到立法局回答議員質詢互相辯論。97後的立法會繼承了這個傳統，行政長官大駕光臨議事廳讓議員們面面聖──需知道就算是立法會議員，也不是常常能見到特首(除非特首私底下找你幫手，或幫你手改文件)；即使在答問大會那兩小時中能一睹龍顏，想站起來問問題，也不是鬥快按發言鍵就成：誰人在以往的特首答問大會中發問次數最少的，誰人被抽中發言的機會就愈大。

上屆會期最後一次答問大會，因為我是補選進來、從未發問過的，所以便獲得優先發言權。那天我說梁振英會「係下一個許仕仁」，這句話，我比任何生日願望都更希望它成真。

今天早上，上任短短四天的林鄭月娥便會出席立法會答問大會(順帶一提，特首答問大會是每年辦四次的，經立法會主席同意後特首可以要求增辦)，可以問她些甚麼呢？那50億教育資源啦？23條立法啦？一地兩檢啦？取消BCA啦？房屋問題啦？查不查UGL啦？西環治港啦？重開公民廣場啦？重啟政改啦？信手拈來都已一大堆，相信今早林太並不會太好過。

有所謂學者認為，答問大會已淪為反對派的表演舞台，建議減少特首出席次數。你做得差、而我每年只能見你四次，當然會把握每次機會去罵你甚至羞辱你；要是林太會如傳聞中每月甚至每周來一次開會接受質詢，我相信同事都會認認真真與她談政策講民生──沒人會想每周都「表演」的，！
