絕不放棄 調查「款待門」
春日鬱悶，呼吸困難，沒有陽光的日子，很多巿民企圖走出陰霾，上周六由銅鑼灣走到政府總部，對特首的「款待門」發出怒吼。在這個醜聞愈揭愈多的季節之交，我的心情沉重依然，雖然盡了最大努力，卻仍然無法令立法會內務委員會建議使用《立法會（權力及特權）條例》。
過去立法會多次引用特權法，調查過的「大案」包括新機場啟用混亂、公屋短樁、沙士慘劇及梁展文事件。以最近的梁展文事件為例，立法會的調查不單把當年賤賣紅灣半島的細節抖出，亦揭發公務員事務局多名官員疏忽。
「款待門」發展至今，醜聞未有停息。既然曾蔭權一臉委屈、含着眼淚，說指摘「每日全方位而來」，特權法正好是給他一個「還我清白」的機會，讓巿民監察行政機關的運作，全面了解事情的真相，議員從中找出個人的失誤或機制的漏洞，提出改善方案。
可惜的是，泛民在議會中勢孤力弱，在建制派護航下，內務委員會上周已經否決了有關建議。建制派議員自廢武功，甘願放棄最有力的工具，維護特殊階層的利益，當然令人失望，但即使如此，我和黨友也不會放棄，我們亦已申請動議辯論，以提出對曾蔭權的不信任動議，表明對其不願承認過失表示極之失望。兩周後的立法會大會中，泛民亦會再動議使用特權法，不會辜負 選民的期望。
