給年輕選民的信 吳靄儀

年輕的朋友：

如果你是陳凱欣的擁躉，或親京建制派的忠實信徒，我懇請你不要看下去，無謂浪費時間，因為像你這樣的九西選民人數眾多，25日星期日補選，是一定會自動或被動員出來投票的。

但如果你關心香港民主前途，不願見你認識的香港在北京和特區政府配合之下凋零消失的話，我希望你看一看這段文字，考慮星期日出來投李卓人一票，奪回民意在立法會制衡政府的功能。只要所有支持民主的香港人，無分世代都出來投票，我們是會成功的，會令政府不能不至少略為收斂，這已是進步。

我知道在此刻，我怎樣解釋民主派並非「冇做嘢」、李卓人點好，也無人有耐心聽。其實最重要的信息只有一個：這次是補選，如果年輕人不投票，建制就會贏。你真的那麼喜歡陳凱欣？你真的願意她代表的價值和態度代表香港？到時說「陳凱欣不代表我」真的有用？

年輕人失望，認為泛民不會帶來改變。事實上大大不滿但什麼也不做，更加不會令情况變好。有人說，建制派、非建制派都不會帶來改變，「咁我投嚟做乜嘢」？對不起，加強建制陣營，政府如虎添翼，香港會變壞變得更快更差——非法治港，為所欲為，不用我說。

「武林至尊，寶刀屠龍。號令天下，莫敢不從。倚天不出，誰與爭鋒？」手握大權的政府是屠龍刀；銳不可當的民意是倚天劍，但倚天不出，專權就能肆意屠殺了。
