綠色公民 – 丹麥風車工業 余若薇

氣候危機迫在眉睫，風力發電成為替代化石燃料的清潔選擇。當中首選丹麥為全球表率，這個人口約552萬的小國，多年來着力發展，包括大型離岸風電場，又鼓勵國民建立風電社區合作社，令風力發電一日千里，至今已佔該國約兩成電力。

該國工業界亦同時掌握了製造風力渦輪機的技術，輸出技術到英國、中國等地設廠生產，推動綠色外貿。

全球化下的環保產業，正是企業家運用創意研發新技術，將生產線設在生產成本較低的地區，又將製成產品出售到國際環保產品市場以賺取外匯。這主要靠工商界的努力，但政府亦要營造有利的政策環境，以丹麥為例，政府透過確立風力發電的目標，給予投資者信心，又提供稅務優惠給國民，引導國民轉向風能。
