綠色公民 – 保育不保育?
上周立法會兩個有關環保的動議，關注空氣污染的獲通過，檢討自然保育政策的卻無法通過。其中一個主要分歧，泛民主派要求堵塞地產商利用收購丁權進行大規模開發的漏洞，但民建聯、專業會議和地產界代表反對，加上經濟動力棄權，最後原動議和所有修正案全都被否決。
同樣是有關環保的動議，空氣污染不影響地產霸權，較容易在議會獲得支持；自然保育卻觸動發展商和鄉紳土豪的既得利益，他們的政治代言人就利用功能組別和地區直選議席分組點票機制的荒謬之處，即是整體贊成票較反對票數多，原議案最終也被否決。政府也可藉詞議會未達共識，甚麼也不做。
面對「屈機」的制度，愛護自然的朋友要加倍努力，取消功能組別及分組點票，才有改變。
