綠色公民 – 倫敦又有新環保巴士 余若薇

近日，倫敦市又推出一款全新型號的油渣電力混合燃料雙層巴士。新一代的混燃巴士比油渣巴士減排40﹪氮氧化物、33﹪懸浮粒子、燃料效益提升40﹪。即使與舊型號的混燃巴士比較，燃料效益也提升15﹪。倫敦市政府估計，若全市巴士改用這款新車，巴士車隊的氮氧化物排放減少57﹪。

倫敦市長約翰遜自豪地說，這巴士是真正的生態戰士，除了有助改善該市的空氣質素，也可令倫敦人安全而有格調地穿梭該市各區。另外，紐約市長彭博上月初亦宣布，在後年起開展十年計劃，全面更換該市的1萬3千輛著名的黃色的士，改用日產電動車。

環顧各國際都會都擲地有聲地推動公共交通工具走進綠色未來，特區政府坐擁萬億依然不願提早更換舊巴士，怎不教人氣結？
