綠色公民 – 加強培訓綠領工作 余若薇

立法會環境事務委員會主席政府撥款4億5千萬元，推動樓宇進行碳審計及節能工程，預計會資助1600個項目。對於能夠改善環境兼且可以創造就業機會的工程項目，公民黨原則上都支持，但政府撥了款，就是否代表可以增加綠領工作，讓包括勞工階層的各類人士受惠？這就要政府加強職業再培訓工作，為在職人士提供機會學習環保技能。

上周三，我就此向政府提出書面質詢。政府回覆說，再培訓局在今年初開辦了五個碳審計課程，預計可令750人參與。其他綠色經濟的範疇，卻未有計劃，一切仍需研究。

政府現在高調宣揚綠色經濟，率先引入美國公司發展太陽能，又與日本財團合作試驗電動車。在追逐外商投資以外，政府不應忘記本土勞工的再培訓。否則，他們將難以分享經濟轉型的成果。
