綠色公民 – 哥本哈根會議 余若薇

聯合國氣候變化大會正在丹麥哥本哈根舉行。雖然不少國家在會前提出他們的減排目標，但根據德國一間科研機構的計算，依目前各國所訂的減排幅度，全球氣溫仍會上升攝氏3.5度，無法將全球氣溫升幅限制在2度之內。

前蘇聯領導人戈爾巴喬夫表示，我們仍有機會可以扭轉乾坤，但各國必須犧牲小我。美國和澳洲政府雖然已推出法案，意圖建立減排交易制度，但在國會均遇到強大阻力。發展中國家則強調減排不能成為滅貧的障礙，又要求發達國家提供更多資金讓他們發展低碳經濟。今次會議背後牽涉錯綜複雜的國際政治角力。

應對氣候變化問題，各國領袖責無旁貸，必須致力達成協議，為發展減排交易市場、再生能源業、節能產業鋪平道路，才能逆轉人類的未來。
