綠色公民 – 市民生命無保障
全球暖化，氣候劇變，忽然酷熱、忽然寒冷、沙塵暴、特大颱風、暴雨、水浸和山泥傾瀉隨時突襲，但政府的措施、政策和法例，明顯未能跟上形勢。預警慢，指引模糊 …… 僱員、學生和長期病患者仍然要在惡劣天氣下工作或活動。 勞工處的《惡劣天氣下工作的工作安全指南》及職安局的《酷熱天氣工作指引》只屬聊備一格的文件。酷熱天氣令人中暑、嚴重空氣污染是哮喘和心臟病患者的催命符。政府要多少人中暑、哮喘失去生命，才會驚覺？
筆者不斷要求政府全面檢討氣候變化的適應策略和計劃，並在各部門制訂相關行動計劃，為保障市民生命安全訂出周詳安排，盡快訂出行政措施及法例清晰訂明惡劣天氣時何時停工、停課、停止戶外活動。
