綠色公民 – 新年綠願望
新年伊始，綠色願望一大籮，期望今年香港環保有新進展。首先，希望空氣質素得到真正改善，路邊空氣污染指數不會再超過100，空氣質素終於可以重返健康水平。政府將空氣污染指數收緊至世組織指引水平，並且承諾提供財務誘因加快更換舊款柴油商業車輛和在街上行走的老爺巴士。
廢物方面，期望政府今年提出方案，落實電腦及電子產品的生產者責任制。政府向物業管理公司提供財務誘因，鼓勵廚餘回收及處理，令減廢工作更進一步。此外，政府重新檢討自然保育政策，提出完整的措施和補償機制，免得大浪西灣、南生圍等天然美景一再受到摧殘。
21世紀的第二個十年會是應對氣候變化的關鍵十年，我們必須投入資源，鼓勵節能和發展可再生能源，轉型至低碳社會。
