綠色公民 – 核電硬上弓 余若薇

氣候變化策略與行動綱領公眾諮詢即將於12月31日結束，政府提出將核電的燃料比例提升至50﹪，但包括對成本及電費的影響等各種細節卻從未披露。不少環保團體和專家學者紛紛批評，政府預計香港用電量將急增36﹪，有 「報大數」之嫌，指控政府為了在國家十二．五規劃中，增加核電需求，為增建核電廠製造理據。

政府假設港人用電量會大增，才要輸入那麼多核電。香港工業早已北移，建築物能源效益的法例亦已通過，未來十年亦會興建兩個離岸風電場，市民節能意識日漸提高，按常理不應出現能源使用量大增的情況，難免被人質疑政府背後有陰謀。減排策略，牽動能源政策、電費增加、核電風險，對環保和民生影響甚大，政府必須向議會和公眾交代更多資料，否則別要在核電方面霸王硬上弓。
