綠色公民 – 每日16萬個飯盒 余若薇

政府估計每天約有55萬個中小學生在校午。扣除自攜午餐、中央派飯和飯盒回收，每天仍然有約16萬個飯盒被送往堆填區。目前49%學生向食物供應商訂購飯盒以解決午膳問題，回收卻只有約18%，表示三成學生飯後棄置的飯盒無法善後。

政府撥出五千萬元鼓勵學校改用較環保的中央派飯，但只有180間學校申請，相對全港過半數仍未設有中央派飯的學校數目，學界反應不算熱烈。同時，只有田家炳中學和孫方中書院兩個申請獲批，政府效率也不理想。

政府應鼓勵學生自攜午餐，並且加快審批，讓已申請的學校可以盡快實施中央派飯。另外，很多小學是舊校舍，沒有地方裝置中央派飯設施，政府應針對個別學校的特殊情況，度身訂造為他們設計可行方案。
