綠色公民 – 熱！ 余若薇

立法會環境事務委員會主席立秋和處暑已過，但酷熱持續。上周一連兩天落區進行社區服務，只是站了一會，已轉眼間汗流浹背，秋老虎的威力近年有愈來愈兇猛的感覺。

環保團體說，這是全球暖化的現象，更多人會中暑、病菌更易滋長，公共衞生系統所受的壓力更大。

暖化已是不爭的事實，政府需要做的還有很多，例如應聯合國要求訂立明確的減排目標、時間表及路線圖，增加城市路面的綠化，綠樹成蔭的街道可減弱太陽的威力；改善城市的設計，增加空氣流通，讓清風送入石屎森林；加快天台綠化，消減熱島效應等等。

從個人層面，我們除了節能省電，也要全方位改變生活，包括打開窗戶，改穿輕便衣服，甚至發掘多點夏日新食譜。
