綠色公民 – 環保產業往何處去 余若薇

政府近年強調要發展環保產業為香港新的優勢產業，但兩年半了，環保產業仍像海市蜃樓。環保園乏善可陳，電動車雖被點名為重點推動的項目，但路上行走的電動車猶如鳳毛麟角。

推動使用電動車輛督導委員會成立了17個月，只建議政府帶頭採用更多電動車，更具體的方略卻一片空白。誰不知道政府有責任採用更多電動車？政府購買更多日本製的電動車卻不能振興香港的工業。

政府說香港可研發汽車零部件，但究竟要發展的零部件是甚麼？韓國政府上月宣布未來10年投資15萬億韓圜發展充電電池業，也有港商提出夥拍河南株州工業，發展電動車的電動助力轉向系統(Electric Power Steering)。政府應加緊注意市場趨勢，提出合適政策措施，否則又錯失良機。
