綠色公民 – 綠色差距 余若薇

環保產品比一般產品較昂貴，以燈泡為例，傳統烏絲燈十元有兩個，慳電膽(CFLs bulb)賣二三十塊一個，發光二極管(LED)燈泡在美國加州賣35至50美元一個(約200至400港元)。基層和弱勢社群如何負擔？推動節能裝置升級，不能不照顧社會貧富懸殊現實。

政府派100元慳電膽現金券不但要加電費，而且對租客和「三無」(無公屋、無綜援、無獨立電錶)人士亦無幫助。

政府派糖也要派得有理，可參考食物銀行經驗，與社福組織合作，由下而上找出最有需要的市民才提供幫助，善用公帑拉近綠色差距。
