綠色公民 – 規範外牆 招牌燈光
香港霓虹招牌高高掛，甲級商廈外牆燈飾更是五光十色璀璨奪目，令東方之珠好不風光；但這些人造強光照鄰近民房，對蝸居斗室的平民構成長期滋擾，不夜城的代價是市民每晚光如白晝無法入眠。
立法會月中將恢復《建築物能源效益條例草案》二讀辯論，雖然多名議員及環保團體認為法例應規管大廈戶外燈光，但政府就是不肯順應議會意見，堅持法例只管大廈戶內照明系統的能源效益。
訂立此條法例原意，是透過規範建築物的能源效益，達至節約能源。若牆外燈光可獲豁免，豈不是成為法例漏洞？外牆燈飾也是使用大廈電源，若大廈內的照明要節能，為何牆內和牆外可以雙重標準？若政府不處理這問題，我唯有自行提出修訂，但通過的機會並不樂觀。
