綠色公民 – 資源回收隊 余若薇

港府推動垃圾減量、回收再造很多年，但成績只有寸進。其中原因是我們沒有完善的回收系統，私人回收商只收集有商業價值物料如紙皮或金屬。香港運輸成本高，膠樽、電池、光碟、光管等物料回收，因成本效益不化算，結果不少可回收的資源被送到堆填區。

台北和澳洲悉尼做法比香港進取—設立資源回收隊，挨家挨戶地回收資源。台北的資源回收隊，逢周一和五收集廢紙舊衣乾淨膠袋，逢二四六收集膠樽瓶罐小家電。悉尼市亦每周收集可回收物料一次。

設立資源回收隊，每區回收情況一目了然，可促成18區良性競爭，達到減廢效果。
