綠色公民 – 電荒與核電
3月以來，中國多個省份在鬧電荒，山東、江西等省缺電百萬千瓦以上。廣東缺電400萬千瓦，東莞已經開始「開六停一」（即每周停電一天）的措施，到夏天可能會實行「開四停三」。浙江出現7 年來最嚴重的電荒，50多萬戶企業要被「開三停一」或「開五停二」限制用電。
3月本是用電淡季，百姓對空調需求量不大，但仍出現如此境況，除了是因為限制電價令供求出現問題外，也顯示全國對能源的渴求甚大。無獨有偶的是，電荒鬧得最兇的廣東、浙江和山東，恰恰是發展核能最積極的省份，每個省最少計劃興建3個新核電站。
油碳、天然氣資源在新疆、水力發電集中在西部、風電又遠在蒙古高原，救不了沿岸經濟發達地區的能源渴求。不解除這個死結，無核中國的夢想難以達成。
