綠色公民 – 預算案有幾綠？
立法會環境事務委員會主席當前金融海嘯的影響已蔓延至世界各地。消費減少、信貸收縮、骨牌效應波及各行業，失業率急升，進一步推低消費慾，令經濟更萎縮。財政司司長今天宣布財政預算案，面對這嚴峻情況，他會如何運用政府五千多億元的龐大盈餘？
公民黨一直要求政府，把握時機，推動綠色新政。首先，推出環保工程和撥款支援市民在樓宇安裝節能裝備，如綠化屋頂和節能照明，投資改善空氣質素，為工程、運輸等行業創造職位，並透過環保基金聘用青年擔任環保大使等臨時工。另外，發展環保產業，如改善環保回收業的營商環境、加強深港合作發展綠色科研產業、推動環保金融設立碳交易平台等等。預算案有幾綠？關乎香港的未來。
